What We’re Reading
June 17, 2010
We’re doing more watching than reading this morning, and this includes these two video blogs — one from the leader of an LGBT group and one from a progressive online activist:
- Kate Kendell of the National Center for Lesbian Rights spent yesterday in the courtroom hearing the closing arguments of Perry v. Schwarzenegger. She vlogged about the experience and her thoughts on what’s to come.
- Progressive blogger and new vlogger Sam Seder takes on Obama’s record on LGBT rights, and specifically, the ongoing ban on blood donations from men who have had sex with men since 1977.
